Orlagh and Kev's beautiful intimate ceremony in Dublin.

It's my first wedding blog post of 2014! It's a special one too as Orlagh and Kev chose to have a first look before the ceremony (which happened to be in an Art Gallery!) The first look is still a bit of a controversial one over here but I have to say I love it. Not only do the couple get to see each other before everyone else and have their moment, but the portraits of them and the family are shot before the ceremony hence giving lots of time after the ceremony for them to mingle with their guests instead of spending lots of time gathering everyone who may have gone to check in or get a drink etc. ;) This is particularly effective in the winter time as we can be found chasing the light at times. I'm all for the first look so think about it if you happen to be having your own wedding this year ;)

Kev and Orlagh chose the Dylan Hotel for their reception (and first look) and the Kevin Kavanagh Gallery to have their humanist ceremony which was a fab idea! The whole day was so relaxed and fun.
Orlagh looked gorgeous in her Jenny Packham dress and I loved her mint coloured shoes!
There was plenty of emotion on the day and I was delighted to be there to capture it all. :)
Here are some of my favourites from the day!
